Why me

I spent 30 years inside corporate — rising from entry level through Chief of Staff and SVP. I've built operational systems inside complex organizations, stabilized teams through growth and chaos, and sat close enough to leadership to understand what it actually takes to run something well.

I know how organizations function when they're stable. I know what causes them to fracture when they're not. And I know the difference between a business that looks like it's running and one that actually is.

I'm known for bringing calm authority into environments that feel heavy. I don't just identify problems — I build the structure that solves them and stays solved.
