Refund policy
We aim to satisfy each and every customer, and want to resolve any issue that may arise.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If your request is within the parameters of time allowed, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip with exchange shipments.
We do not assume responsibility for compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery Lovelydays does not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.
No refunds or returns. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
