Meet Teri
Hi, I'm Teri — Fractional COO, Founder Partner, and the operator founders didn't know they needed.
I spent 30 years inside corporate — rising from entry level through Chief of Staff and SVP, building operational systems, leading teams, and sitting close enough to the top to understand what it actually takes to run something well. I know how organizations function when they're stable. I know what causes them to fracture when they're not. And I know the exact moment a founder realizes they can't keep running their business the way they've been running it.
That's usually when they find me.
I left corporate in 2024 to do this work directly — with founders, not for companies. Because the problems I spent decades solving inside large organizations are the same problems founders are living every day. Operational drag. Team dependency. Decision fatigue. The feeling that the business runs on you instead of with you.
I don't just advise. I get inside the business, map what's actually happening, and build the structure that lets you lead like a CEO instead of operate like a staff member.
My clients are founders who have built something solid — and now need a partner who can see the whole system, name what's broken, and help them fix it without burning everything down in the process.
This is precision work. And it's what I do best.
If your business needs you too much — let's change that.

Who I am & What I Stand For
What drives this work
I built Lovely Days Collective on a simple belief: founders who have built something solid deserve operational support that actually matches the scale of what they're carrying.
Most of my clients aren't failing. They're succeeding — and the business has outgrown the way it's being run. My job is to close that gap. Not with a framework they have to implement alone, but with a real partner who gets inside the business and does the work alongside them.
I believe in precision over volume, clarity over comfort, and honest feedback over easy answers. I don't take on many clients at once because this work requires full attention. When I'm in, I'm in.
Who I work with
Founders across industries, backgrounds, and business models. The only filter is this: you've built something solid, you're serious about fixing what's broken, and you're ready to lead differently.
I actively work with founders of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, abilities, and backgrounds. That's not a disclaimer — it's a commitment. Diverse founders build interesting businesses, and interesting businesses are where this work gets good.
If you hold bigotry of any kind, we are not a fit. I mean that without apology.
What I stand for
Operational excellence over performative hustle. Honest partnership over comfortable advice. Businesses that work for their founders, not the other way around. And a professional space where every founder who shows up ready to do the work is welcomed, respected, and taken seriously.
